本事業は、海外展開やそれを見据えた全国展開のために、新商品・サービスの開発・改良、ブランディングや、新規販路開拓等の取組を中小企業者等が行う場合に、その経費の一部を補助することにより、地域中小企業の域外需要の獲得を図るとともに、地域経済の活性化及び地域中小企業の振興に寄与することを目的としています。
